I rarely write testimonials, In this case its different, many who read this may be looking for that last bit of encouragement! Some eight years ago I left an environment in which I had all the encouragement I needed to maintain a high level of fitness. Within 18 months I was close to obese and couldn’t jog a hundred metres. A couple of medical issues scared hell out of me and I carefully took up sport and gym again. The weight fell off and I regained most of my fitness within a year or so.
So I started with Original Boot Camp already comparatively fit. Why start, and why have I continued for almost a year now? I started soon after meeting Rob in his capacity as a Personal Trainer, just setting out with his business. Rob immediately impressed me with his enthusiasm and attitude toward his business and clients. I enjoy team sport, I need a challenge and gym is something of a solo activity in which you only challenge yourself. Karen, whom I met at gym, identified that I’d enjoy Boot Camp and she was so right!
My aims have been to maintain fitness, improve my confidence and wellbeing and to test myself against others. BC is the perfect activity for this. Led by Robs group of dedicated instructors, the sessions offer a great mix of team and individual exercises that are as enjoyable as they are beneficial and individually challenging.
I continue to address my goals which really aren’t all quantifiable. The group dynamics at BC always boost confidence, I’ve rarely been more comfortable with any group. As with any activity that introduces a level of personal adversity, the spirit of ‘mate-ship’ is increased and friendships I’ve made in BC will last forever too. Original Boot Camp delivers on all its claims, and then some. Fitness becomes fun. I acknowledge that at age 54 I’m amongst the oldest in Robs platoons, but I’ll be there while I can still swing a walking frame...

Just finished my second month and so far I've dropped about 10kg's. Feeling great and really enjoying the group sessions. The instructors are really positive and friendly, even though it is hard not to curse you when I'm on my 35th grunt!!!!!.
Keep up the great work and I'll see you next month.
Gyms dont work for me. Bootcamp certainly does.
The only downside is that I have to go and buy new clothes. I am at work just now looking like a 12 year old wearing (drowning in)his dad's suit.

When I started BOOTCAMP in November I didn't know how unfit I was. Now 5 months on, I'm around 15 kilos lighter, I've dropped around 9cm from my waist and am fitter than I've ever been.
The sessions may seem hard, but you will see the results. I'll be back for another month.

Today I completed my 8th session of 12. I'm starting to feel like I can cope a lot better now. Being a 51 year old, unfit bloke who hasn't done any exercise, let alone fitness training, for years, I didn't think I'd cope; but I think I'm doing OK. One thing I've noticed about Bootcamp is that there's a great balance between A) discipline, pushing the bondaries & reaching your max. ability; and B)ensuring that this is all done within your personal limits and mindful of your fitness level and health. I know it's only early days, but i think I'm going to see this through & possibly come back for more. (I'm a glutton for punishment). Seriously, I'm impresssed; keep up the great work guys.

We both had a chiropractor appointment this morning, we see her about every four weeks and have been seeing her for about 12 months.
She is amazed in the difference in both of our lower backs, and in particular my hips which were prone to twisting. She has commented that the sessions we are doing with you has helped our backs and overall body strength enormously.
So thanks again, we are enjoying the sessions and seeing lots of improvements
