The program that started the revolution. Original Bootcamp's Corps Training has been scientifically designed to achieve greater results, in less time, no matter what your current fitness level. The basic program consists of three, 75 minute sessions each week, for four weeks. Original Bootcamp guarantees you will never repeat the same session twice, whether you have trained with us for 6 months, or 6 years.

Per person - $219 and $199 for returned recruits.
This includes 12 physical training sessions, your Recruit t-shirt and a 4 week eating plan.

Original Bootcamp's extremely popular Platoon Dynamics programs specialise in helping corporations create lasting, positive change through fun, yet challenging recreational team building activities. In addition, Original Bootcamp offers ongoing corporate fitness programs tailored to suit the specific needs of your organisation.



Original Bootcamp's Bootcamp Xpress program is a high intensity, time efficient, 45 minute workout, specially designed to make the most of your limited lunch break.



Held just three times a year, Original Bootcamp's Hell Week program consists of five, 90 minute sessions, based on the US Navy SEAL's notorious Physical Training Week. This infamous program is by invitation only, to be eligible to apply you must have completed 1 month of our Corps Training Program (see above), have reached a certain level of conditioning, require the right attitude, be free of injury and have the approval of your section leader. This is an elite level fitness program suited to those conditioned individuals who are prepared to push through the burn and exhaustion to reach the glory that lays beyond.

Original Bootcamp is Instructed by Australasia's only internationally certified 'BOOTCAMP INSTRUCTORS'.

These Instructors under go a rigorous training camp and assessment, administered by training cadre from the internationally renowned T.O.R.G. (Tactical & Operational Readiness Group) on behalf of the Bootcamp Fitness Network.

Original Bootcamp offers after-school & holiday programming for children, through it's SEAL Pups program. Apart from increased physical fitness and better health, the program also promotes team work, communication skills, lateral thinking, self confidence and leadership skills. Coming soon.

(Tactical & Operational Readiness Group) to produce a range of Special Operations programs aimed at offering athletes, sporting teams and competitive individuals the rare opportunity to experience first hand some of the most arduous training known to man - Special Forces & SWAT selection courses. The Adelaide CBD AM Bootcamp Xpress program starts on 5th January 2009 (Monday) from 0630 am to 0715 am on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.

The cost for the month is $179, which includes your Full months training, healthy eating guide and Original Bootcamp T-shirt (which must be worn to every session!) or $159 for return recruits.

The Adelaide CBD PM Bootcamp Xpress program starts on 5th January 2009 (Monday) from 1800 pm to 1845 pm every Monday and Wednesday evening.

Henley Beach
